The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Blackhole Space Tech, 20/3, 1st Floor, 11th Cross, Next to Gayathri Mandir, Near to Hoysala Circle, Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560060, India.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Blackhole Space Tech, accessible from https://blackholespacetech.in/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so. (Applicable only on Long Term Courses or Physical Goods or Services)

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 days from the date on which You received the Goods or registered/enrolled for any type of long term course or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 02 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Blackhole Space Tech will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Blackhole Space Tech will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Conditions for Refund of Courses

For Short Term Course/Crash Courses/Webinars

  1. Only one registration per head is allowed.
  2. No refund will be initiated under any circumstances.
  3. Only In case of dual payments made for the same name/email/phone number the refund should be claimed within 24hrs of successful payment.
  4. To claim a dual payment refund, Filling out the refund form available on the website is mandatory.
  5. Only in case of dual payment the second payment will be refunded. No refunds will be done for a single payment.
  6. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days. (only in case of dual payment and successful refund initiation)
  7. 5% of the total amount will be deducted as refund/cancellation charges.
  8. Any false claim or falsified information will lead to the cancellation of the course
  9. Any false claim or falsified information given in the form will lead to cancellation of the refund and under no circumstance a second refund will be initiated.
  10. Refund cannot be claimed twice for the same payment.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
